POWER TO FACE LIFE’S CHALLENGES

Phil. 3:10 and Eph. 1:19-20
Phil 3:10 – I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection.
Eph. 1:19-20 – I pray that you will begin to understand how incredibly great His power is to help those who believe in Him. It is the same power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him in a place of honor at God’s right hand in heaven.
FOUR CHALLENGES TO EXPERIENCE
1. God’s power will cancel your past.
Col. 2:14 – Having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us, He has taken it away, nailing it to the cross.
Jeremiah 31:34 – For I will forgive their wickedness and I will remember their sin no more.
2. God’s power will give real life.
John 10:10 – I came that you might have life and have it to the fullest.
John 3:17 – For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.
3. God’s power will help you.
Eph. 1:20 – I pray that you will begin to understand how incredibly great His power is to help those who believe in Him, the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead.
Phil. 4:13 – I have the strength to face all conditions by the power that Christ gives me.
4. God’s power will help you trust His promises.
II Cor. 1:20 – He carries out and fulfills all of God’s promises, no matter how many of them there are.
I Peter 1:3 – We have been born again into a life full of hope through Christ rising again from the dead.
Phil 4:19 – And my God will meet all your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus.
John 5:24 – I tell you the truth, whoever hears my words and believes in Him who sent me has eternal life. He will not be judged but has already passed from death to life.
Romans 10:9 – If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Rev. 3:20 – If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and fellowship with him.
