HEALING GRACE
Psalm 147:3 (NIV)

Psalm 147:3 – God heals the brokenhearted and binds up
their wounds.

How Does God Heal A Broken Heart?
BY CHANGING our minds about ourselves and God.
Romans 12:2 – Let God transform you into a new person by
changing the way you think.
HOW GOD SEES ME BECAUSE OF HIS GRACE
1. I AM acceptable.
Romans 15:7 – Christ has accepted you.
I Peter 2:9 – You have been chosen by God Himself.
Ps, 27:10 – Even if my mother and father forsake me, the
Lord will receive me.
2. I AM valuable.
I John 4:4 – You belong to God.
I Cor. 7:23 – You have been bought and paid for by
Christ, so you belong to Him.
Isa. 43:4 – God says, ‘You are precious to Me.’
3. I AM lovable.
Isa 54:10 – The mountains and hills may crumble, but My
love for you will never end; so, says the Lord who loves
you.

4. I AM forgivable.

HOW DOES IT HAPPEN?

A) Christ does not get tired of our coming to Him.
I John 1:9 – If we confess our sins to God, He will
keep His promise and do what is right. He will forgive
our sins and make us clean from our wrongdoing.
B) Keep short accounts.
Hebrews 7:25 – (Christ) is always interceding on our
behalf.
5. I AM capable.
Phil. 4:13 – I have strength for all things in Christ who
empowers me, I am ready for anything and equal to
anything through Him who infuses inner strength into
me, that is, I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency!
II Peter 2:10 – Once you were less than nothing; now you
are God’s own!
Rom. 15:13 – May the God of hope fill you with joy that
by the power of the Holy Spirit your whole life and
outlook may be radiant with hope.
